Welcome to the R Controlled Vowel DI Group!

In this group, children learn how to sound out words with an r controlled vowel.  R-controlled vowels are when a vowel followed by an r, it often changes the sound.  Some examples are the ar in cart or the ir in bird or the ur in turn.   There will be a new video lesson Monday-Thursday.  Children should follow along with the materials in their DI folder and do as the video says.  Fridays will be a live meeting with Mrs. Burns to check on progress and help students.
